at AMW, we have one floor of our historic building dedicated
to Conference Suites.
Our location being 5 minutes from the
motorway and 20 minutes from Bristol city centre with
plenty of free parking makes us
an obvious choice for both private and commercial needs.
The layout and size of the rooms are ideally suited to a Conference
facility and the skilful use of colour, natural daylight, good
heating and high standard of decor create a relaxing and stimulating
environment away from the interruptions and distractions of
the office.
The rooms are equipped with the latest
technology, the result is a building beautifully adapted
to provide for a small conference, exhibition, training session
or meeting, with basic equipment (e.g. Flipchart, OHP, TV, Video)
included in room hire.
We can hold a maximum of 45-50 delegates at one time and as
we are an 'out of city' venue we have plenty of free parking
day and night.
Tea and Coffee are on tap throughout
all events at no extra cost. High quality
catering is available and accommodation
can be arranged as necessary secretarial services are also provided.

As well as our IT training suite we have two conference rooms
available for hire in our historic building, a converted Victorian
Gentlemen's Club. The Billiard Room
is our largest facility, being able to seat up to fifty people
comfortably in a theatre style.
The Reading Room can seat up to eighteen
people. Both rooms are fully CAT5 networked with unlimited internet
access, and can be configured to suit different requirements
from a boardroom style to conference or training.
Subject to availability, the IT
training suite is available for hire. This room is ideal
for software demonstrations, or training on bespoke applications
with the software being imaged from the server to the class
