Quality Assurance - ISO 9000: 2000 Series

The unique feature of our scheme is that it includes and virtually guarantees certification, if the full easily understood programme is completed.

Time scale:
Our scheme, known as Progressive Assessment Programme has an established and proven timescale of six months from start to certification. We provide fifteen full days consultancy. It prepares a client for six steps/stages, at the completion of each stage the work is submitted to the IRCA Assessor, for critical comment, which we assist the client to interpret and amend the work to date. The next stage is then undertaken for submission, and onward progressively until the sixth stage after which the compliance assessment is carried out on the client's premises.

This particular approach to establishing a Quality Management System enables a client to see progress, and the IRCA Assessor to become familiar with the clients organisation. His task of conducting a compliance assessment is easier and carries a very high probability of success.

Time Table:

1 Day - Half day Introduction and training of Representatives (with short written examination).
Day 2-4 - Half day visits to client, training and advice to staff (with short written examination).
Day 5-14 - workshops with allocated time to each department for training and advice.
Day 15 - Internal Audit training. This is a certificated, structured training course in Internal auditing.

Documentation:

We will provide a complete, fully structured programme of work to our Progressive Assessment Programme, using proven documentation in six sections. The six stages progresses the company through each step required to prepare them for certification, and provide their appointed IRCA Lead Assessor with a level of achievement for his agreement.

Each manual adopts the same approach for each element of the ISO 9001: 2000 Standard:

What does ISO 9001: 2000 require?
What does this mean?
An example of a solution (Complete examples are given for the Quality manual, Procedures, work instructions etc.)
Assistance to a company in providing their solution.
